In 11 days' time I leave Auckland to head back to Sicily.
I’m travelling via the United States this time, testing out a route that appears to be more time-efficient.
Auckland to Dallas Fort Worth, DFW to Philadelphia, PHL to Rome.
From Rome, I’ll head south to Catania, taking a fast train followed by a standard one, with a two-night stopover in Salerno on the way.
This time, I feel a bit emotional about leaving.
